What we collect

When you submit an event enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation (optional), preferred contact method, and information about your event (type, date, location, guest numbers, budget range and your vision). We also record whether you agreed to receive marketing updates.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you about your event. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We only send marketing updates if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored securely with our hosting and database provider (Google Firebase) and emails are delivered through our email provider (Resend). We do not sell your information. We may share relevant details with suppliers only with your agreement as part of planning your event.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for contractual and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
